Audience: This 2 hour standalone webinar is aimed at CPD eligible healthcare professionals that are new to asthma in practice and want an introduction to the topic.

• The difference between a normal airway and an asthma airway

• The symptoms associated with asthma

• Diagnosis: how to take good history and what makes asthma more and less likely

• The goals of asthma management

• Assessing and managing asthma: the treatment pathway

• Inhaler technique & adherence

• The asthma guidelines

Throughout the webinar you will be able to contribute and ask questions using the ‘chat feature’ or your microphone.  A webcam would also be beneficial where possible.
