Get On: Healthcare Leaders’ Fellowship

This is a regional leadership programme for clinical colleagues primarily at Band 7 from a Black, Asian and minority ethnic background, combining a fully funded Level 5 apprenticeship with mentoring, stretch learning and interview preparation, designed to support progression into more senior clinical leadership roles.

The fellowship includes:

• Level 5 diploma in leadership & management

• Supplementary workshops

• Senior leader mentorship

• Strategic stretch project
