NHS England's Looking after You Programme

The Looking After You Programme’s three confidential coaching offers are still free to access and available to everyone working in Primary Care. More information about each of the services and how to book a session is linked below: 

• LAY Too: Individual coaching with a skilled and experienced coach who will work with individuals to discuss any area of their wellbeing that they would like to address. 

• LAY Career: Individual coaching with a skilled and experienced career coach. The aim is to provide an easy to access, individually tailored coaching service that focuses on supporting individuals with their career choices. 

• LAY Team: For staff members who lead, manage, or organise teams, groups or services in primary care to help think about and plan how to work with the people they lead and manage, using approaches centred in compassionate and collaborative team leadership.
