Case study resource for planning and recording supervision of ARRS roles across a PCN

As part of the workshop that explored challenges in supporting and supervising different roles within multi-professional practice teams, the South Islington PCN shared a framework to address concerns that had been highlighted around unfamiliar roles, difficulties in having oversight of supervision across practices and challenges in detailing supervision structures (e.g. CQC requests).
