North Central London Training Hub was created in 2020 when Health Education England (HEE) brought together training hubs within the locality, with the aim of ensuring “the primary care workforce of today and tomorrow are trained in the right numbers, have the necessary skills, NHS values and behaviours.” 

Training Hubs are your ‘go to’ place for any information about primary care workforce, education and development. They work to address local needs.

We work to address local needs by working closely with our local Integrated Care Board (ICB) and Integrated Care System (ICS) colleagues to bringing together NHS organisations, community providers and local authorities. 

Every practice and PCN will have access to Training Hub resources and guidance. There are 42 at Integrated Care System (ICS) level, with a number of locality hubs that help support links between practices and PCNs.  

North Central London Training Hub covers the boroughs of Barnet, Camden, Enfield, Haringey and Islington.
