London Cancer Community of Practice: Half Day Event
This half-day face-to-face event focuses on integration in cancer care, reflecting on personalised care across community, secondary and primary care and what ‘good’ looks like.
We will also consider the benefits and challenges to integrated cancer rehabilitation and provide you with the opportunity to develop professional London-wide and wider localised networks with colleagues across a range of roles and sectors.
