Long Term Conditions Locally Commissioned Service (LTC LCS) CollaboRATE Training - February Session

This collaboRATE support and training session is being delivered to NCL practices participating in the NCL Long Term Conditions Locally Commissioned Service. Please join if your practice hasn’t met the CollaboRATE KPI in the LTC LCS specification, or if you have any questions about the CollaboRATE survey process or would like a refresher on it. The session aims to support practices with embedding the process into their LTC LCS practice, to meet LTC LCS contractual requirements, and improve compliance with KPI 5.
