LTC LCS Beyond the Guidelines: Managing complex multimorbidity

Are you often flummoxed by the complexity of your patients when guidelines just don’t work and you need some more support? 

This session will be presenting a panel of experts to discuss how we balance the conflicting needs of complex patients. 

The panel will include heart failure, renal, respiratory, general medical and frailty consultant and GP experts discussing cases that you submit with lots of time for Q&A.

This will be face to face and is open to all primary care clinicians across NCL managing complex patients. If you come across a case that would be suitable for discussion, you can email this to beth.freedman@nhs.net until Monday 10th November for consideration for inclusion.
