Build confidence to lead small groups and multi-professional teams effectively in Primary Care in a safe and supportive environment.

Increase your confidence and skills to:

• Facilitate small groups using active, inclusive approaches

• Encourage collaboration and shared ownership

• Communicate clearly and listen actively

• Chair meetings confidently and overcome challenges to keeping groups focused

• Contribute to effective neighbourhood‑level teamwork  

This in-person workshop is free to attend for all Primary Care roles who lead, or are preparing to lead, small teams within and across organisations and neighbourhoods.
