NCL Immunisation Update Training (for nurses, clinical pharmacists, paramedics and health care assistants): November face to face

The training is part of an ongoing initiative to enhance immunisation knowledge and practical skills among healthcare professionals in North Central London. 

The session will include:

• Key updates on immunisation practices and policies

• Contraindications to vaccines

• The routine schedule, inc. changes

-Child and adolescent schedule: Measles, Chickenpox, Polio & Diphtheria

-Pregnancy: Pertussis, RSV

-Older members of the population: Shingles, RSV

• Influenza

• This training will not cover COVID-19 in detail

• There will be no separate update sessions for flu imms
