Valuing and Supporting Neurodiversity in Healthcare Education and Training – Camden Multi-Professional Educator Group (MEPG) Session
This MPEG session developed by the NCL Education Faculty, with support from subject experts, explores the importance of valuing neurodiversity and difference in all trainees, staff members and teams. Session aims include:

Recognise neurodivergent conditions
Support and signpost supervisees and colleagues

Forum supports all roles who oversee, train and support colleagues in their daily responsibilities without formal educator/supervision training.
Free workshops to grow confidence and professional development.
Positive learning environment to share challenges/experiences related to supervision through case-based learning to manage risk and uncertainty together.
Peer support forum to share resources and build consensus on effective clinical supervision for multi-disciplinary teams.
