HEI deadlines for receipt of applications for September cohorts are end of June, stakeholders can submit their EOI’s.

Level 7 Apprenticeship Funding Change & Advanced Practice

From 1 January 2026, Level 7 apprenticeships will only be funded for people aged 16-21, and people under 25 who are care leavers and those with an Education, Health and Care Plan (EHCP) at the start of their apprenticeship programme in England. This will impact the Advanced Practitioner apprenticeship route which is a Level 7 apprenticeship and will no longer be funded through the apprenticeship levy from January 2026.
