Community Matters Tailored GP Practice Apprenticeships: Updated information and application closing date

Community Matters have been working with Practice Managers and Federations to co-design tailored apprenticeship programmes to enable the continued professional development of practice staff at all levels.

The three programmes below are due to commence in October:

  • GP Practice Business Administration Apprenticeship (Level 3) suitable for Receptionists, Administrators , Administration Managers , Care Coordinators and other non-clinical staff seeking to build confidence, capability, and progress their careers in primary care administration and operational support.

  •  GP Practice Operations Manager Level 5 – suitable for practice managers, deputy practice managers, operations managers and other leadership roles.
