Congratulations to Havergal Surgery!

Congratulations to staff at Havergal Surgery in Haringey who have won two of the London HCSW Awards.

Meliz Keskinkilic has won HCSW Apprentice of the Year. This award celebrates the Apprentice HCSW role and those individuals without whom the NHS would not be able to support its patient’s needs. The judges were looking for an individual who demonstrates a real passion for the NHS and for developing themselves to become part of our workforce, going the “extra mile” when required and demonstrating a “can do” positive attitude.

In addition, Practice Manager Trudy Do has won Innovation in Recruitment. This award recognises outstanding innovation by a recruitment team that has led to improvements in recruitment practices. This could include improvements to the recruitment process, such as reducing time to hire, keeping candidates warm throughout the process, and how the recruitment is undertaken e.g., in person events.  The judges were looking to hear about improvements and new initiatives which have proven a success to inspire, attract and recruit HCSW.
