Diversity and Inclusion Book, Film & Music Club

The NCL Integrated Care Board (ICB) Diversity and Inclusion Book, Film & Music Club would like to invite all organisations within NCL Integrated Care System (ICS) to be part of this innovative programme.

Our Book, Film & Music Club has been meeting on a monthly basis since December 2020 and has generated a lot of interest from staff. The facilitator has received very positive feedback on the fantastic work that has taken place as part of the club. This includes feedback that discussions about equality, diversity and inclusion can be held in a safe space where staff can feel comfortable to disclose issues that are pertinent to their lived experience.
