Now in its thirteenth year, the week is a platform for health and care organisations to highlight their work to create a fairer and more inclusive NHS for both patients and staff. 

NHS Employers/Confedration encourage health and care organisations from across the country to get involved and support the campaign locally; to celebrate, spotlight, improve and raise awareness.
