On 23rd January 2024, NCL Training Hub hosted the On 18th January 2024, NCL Training Hub hosted the QI & Wellbeing Workshop: How can using a QI approach support your staff wellbeing projects?

This session invited colleagues to share, learn and develop ideas to support the improvement of staff wellbeing in health and social care settings and included:

Project Showcases: a showcase of wellbeing projects designed to improve staff wellbeing.
Interactive Discussions: exchanging of ideas and best practice with peers who are passionate about enhancing staff health and wellbeing and quality improvement.
Facilitated Breakout Rooms: Diving deeper into topics and explore practical strategies to incorporate QI processes into wellbeing projects to make them more effective and impactful.
