Facilitators required: Talent Management Support Networks (TMSNs) for BME General Practice Nurses and Community Nurses
NHS England (London) in partnership with Health Education England (HEE) are looking to recruit registered nurses, midwives, or AHPs to help facilitate the Talent Management Support Network for General Practice Nurses and Community Nurses from BME backgrounds as part of the London Workforce Race Equality Standard (WRES) in Primary Care strategy.
Facilitator criteria:
Registered nurse/midwife/AHP
Equivalent of Band 8a or above
Committed to volunteering your time (2x half-days per month, April – Sept 2023)
Training and Support available to facilitators:
Facilitators will receive training over 3 half-days in February/March.
Ongoing support will also be provided through a 1 hour per month session with Vinice Thomas - Director of Nursing & Quality (NHSE London) and Regional Lead of the Chief Nursing Officer's BME Strategic Advisory Group (NHSE London).
