Focus Groups Invitation: Primary Care Staff – The Future Ambitions for General Practice
North Central London Integrated Care Board (ICB) is commencing a programme of engagement and discussion with primary care staff to inform the future ambitions for general practice in North Central London.
As you know, general practice continues to deliver innovation and productivity while under huge pressure and as an ICB we want to support staff and secure the future of general practice for the long term. Lord Darzi recently set out a vision (in his Independent Investigation of the NHS in England) for how care and resources should shift from hospital into community and primary care services, alongside a shift from reactive to proactive care and from a primarily analogue NHS to a digitally enabled one. These are complex shifts to achieve.
We would like to invite a cross-section of general practice staff to participate in a series of virtual and face to face engagement workshops to share your views and insights. These workshops will be facilitated by the National Association of Primary Care and are an opportunity to help shape the future of general practice services, and those services working with general practice, in North Central London.
Attendance at these workshops (either face to face or virtual) will be backfilled to an amount commensurate with the attendee’s role. For more information contact, nclicb.nclprimarycare@nhs.net and to express an interest please visit: North Central London General Practice Engagement Workshops
