Funding Secured for FCP Courses in 2026–2027
Health Sciences University has successfully secured additional funding to support the First Contact Practitioner (FCP) Postgraduate Certificate courses through 2026 and 2027. This means the programme will remain fully funded for eligible professionals working within NHS Primary Care in England; creating a valuable opportunity for career progression at no personal cost.
Designed for paramedics, physiotherapists, occupational therapists, dietitians, and podiatrists, the course offers a flexible, part-time structure over approximately one year. With a blend of hybrid and online learning, and three Stage 1 intakes planned for January, May, and September 2026, now is an ideal time to take the next step in your professional development or recommend this opportunity to colleagues.
