Health and Wellbeing Offer for Primary Care – NHS Leaders’ Wellbeing Programme

After hugely positive feedback following the launch of the NHS Leaders’ Wellbeing programme in 2020/21, this important opportunity is now on offer to those working in primary care. As well as supporting you and your team, it will also support your organisation with the recently introduced quality improvement module which focuses on workforce and wellbeing in the Quality Outcomes Framework (QOF).

In taking a proactive and preventative approach to wellbeing and working with national peer leaders from across the country in a community of practice, this fully-funded, practical programme will equip you to understand how you can maintain your own wellbeing as a leader, as well as keeping the diverse teams you lead well; how you can be well, stay well and pass wellness on to others.
