Invitation to submit an Expression of Interest (EOI): Change Manager for NCL General Practice Access Support programme (PCARP)
The NHS England’s Primary Care Access Recovery Plan (PCARP) requires all practices to modernise their general practice delivery over the next two years. This involves accessing national funding offers and undertaking change management work to:
· Optimise Cloud-Based Telephony (CBT) systems
· Simplify online requires and digital self-service tools to enhance access
· Implement effective triage and care navigation processes to manage patient care.
The ICB has commissions a local change management support programme for North Central London (NCL) practices. Islington GP Federation (IGPF) is the lead provider for hands-on change management support to NCL practices. To do this, IGPF is recruiting three Change Managers with primary care experience supporting GP change projects. This is an excellent opportunity for experienced professionals to leverage their skills and expertise in change management.
As part of this work, Change Managers will collaborate with key stakeholders, including NCL Training Hub, Digital First and GPIT, and Health Watch..
Please refer to the attached job description for full details of the role.
