NAPC Lower Limb Wound CARE Programme Application

The Community and Primary Care Nursing team at NHS England in collaboration with National Association of Primary Care (NAPC), will be re-launching the Lower Limb Wound Care Programme (CPD accredited attendance).

The programme modules will include:

• A Population Health based approach to improving wound care outcomes in your

• community

• Identifying need and creating better joined up care

• Influencing change

• Why effective integrated team working is essential

• Leadership and creating the momentum for change

• Innovation in Practice

Applicants must be working or supporting wound care.

• Modules 1-3: Monday 30 June, 9.30am – 12.30pm

• Modules 4-6: Monday 7 July, 9.30am – 12.30pm

Deadline is Monday 9 June 2025.
