NCL Primary Care Learning Needs Analysis

NCL Training Hub are pleased to invite you to participate in the Primary Care Learning Need Analysis (LNA) survey.

The survey has been developed for all clinical and non-clinical staff. The results of this survey will enable NCL Training Hub and system partners to understand the education and training needs of individuals across the primary care workforce in NCL.   

We now need your support and ask that you take 3 actions:  

• Complete the survey with your reflections by Friday 4 April 2025

• Share the survey with colleagues and networks 

• Encourage others to complete the longer survey where possible  

We know you are all incredibly busy in primary care and we hope you can help us understand what training and education is needed for you, as an individual, in the future. Your answers will help us develop learning plans for 2025/2026.
