New Role: Co-Director of Multi-Professional Mentoring Programme

This is an exciting opportunity to provide joint clinical leadership of the delivery of North Central London (NCL’s) Supporting Mentors Scheme, forming part of a suite of interlocking Primary Care (PC) Clinicians recruitment and retention initiatives.

The successful post holder will deliver NCL’s vision to develop and access a cohort of locally based and highly experienced mentors to support other NCL multi-professional PC clinicians. This will be delivered through funded training of a recognised mentoring qualification or its equivalent. Mentors will be matched appropriately with mentees across NCL, to enhance their experience of general practice and to help newer clinicians settle into their roles successfully.
