NHS Elect have developed a Leading Happier Teams Programme open to anyone in a leadership role, anyone who manages a team, or anyone who’s been empowered to make a positive difference in their workplace.

By the end of the programme, you will be able to:

Explain the science behind happier teams and why it matters for performance and well-being.
Identify and act on the key drivers of team happiness using evidence-based approaches.
Use practical tools to measure team well-being and track improvement over time.
Design and test strategies to build and sustain a positive team culture.

The programme includes three whole-day online workshops (9.30am - 4pm) led by the wellbeing leads, Robin Davis, Sid Beech and Bridget Browne. You will also be able to access a wide range of resources during the programme and connect with other participants throughout.

Cohort 1 - September 2026

1. 15th Sep 2026, 9.30am – 4pm

2. 13th Oct 2026, 9.30am – 4pm

3. 10th Nov 2026, 9.30am – 4pm

Cohort 2 - September 2026

1. 30th Sep 2026, 9.30am – 4pm

2. 21st Oct 2026, 9.30am – 4pm

3. 9th Dec 2026, 9.30am – 4pm

This programme is available to NCL staff as an NHS Elect member organisation. The cost for staff at member organisations is £885 per participant.
