NHSE Recruiting Health Ambassadors

NHSE have a network of ‘Health Ambassadors’ who work in the NHS in clinical and non-clinical roles. Health Ambassadors volunteer to promote their profession and work in the NHS as well as engage, excite and encourage young people by sharing their own experiences. Within the London region we are running a Careers Engagement Initiative and deliver specific talks on Medicine, Nursing, Allied Health Professions, Pharmacy, Healthcare Science and Midwifery to students aged 13-19.

In 2026 NHSE are aiming to expand our offer to adults and are therefore looking to recruit further ambassadors from both clinical and non-clinical roles in London.
