North Central London Training Hub Shadowing Scheme

This shadowing scheme has been developed for any individual employed within the primary care workforce across NCL (Barnet, Camden, Enfield, Haringey and Islington) that would like to shadow an experienced colleague from elsewhere within the health care system.

The purpose of shadowing is to give an insight into understanding the interplays of healthcare & other sectors and access to the day-to-day experiences of leadership as they begin their leadership journey.

NHSE Recruiting Health Ambassadors

NHSE have a network of ‘Health Ambassadors’ who work in the NHS in clinical and non-clinical roles. Health Ambassadors volunteer to promote their profession and work in the NHS as well as engage, excite and encourage young people by sharing their own experiences.
