Nursing Support Workers’ Day

Saturday 23 November was Nursing Support Worker's Day; and in light of this day we are spotlighting the Care Certificate. The Care Certificate is seen as CQC key element of a HCA roles induction and development, which every HCA should be supported in doing by their employers to do and achieve.
