Opportunity: Apply for ICB Clinical Director role
NCL ICB is looking to recruit to 5 Clinical & Care Directors, one within each NCL Borough.
In this role, postholders will work collaboratively to strengthen clinical & professional collaboration across system, place, & neighbourhood & tackle existing and new borough priorities.
This is a fantastic opportunity to join the new Clinical & Care Leadership team within NCL ICB led by the Chief Medical Officer.
Working closely with the CMO, Chief Nursing Officer (CNO), ICB borough Directors of Integration & other partners, you will:
Oversee the provision of high-quality clinical & professional leadership at place level
Hold responsibility for locally translating & delivering the NCL population health improvement strategy
Play an influential role as part of a system-level community of practice - sharing innovation, driving pan-NCL clinical priorities & conversations & tackling unwarranted variation & inequalities.
