Primary Care Wellbeing Survey

NHS England commissioned the Institute for Employment Studies to conduct a study of the wellbeing of the primary care workforce over a time period of three years. This survey should take approximately 15 minutes to complete,and asks staff to reflect on their personal wellbeing as well as the functioning of their team and their experiences of working in their role.

The NHSE Looking After You team are now asking people to please complete this survey and share with teams to get as wide and varied a dataset as possible so that wellbeing interventions and support for the workforce can continue to be developed.
