Following the success of the recent SPIN/New to Practice fellowship and mentoring programme, we continue to explore new opportunities to support the primary care workforce across North Central London (NCL).

1.      What is the fellowship programme:

This is a recruitment scheme to encourage and support recently qualified GPs/GPNs as well as mid-career and multi-professionals into substantive salaried posts across NCL by linking them to a range of portfolio roles.  

The programme aims to link local service needs and leadership opportunities (in practices, PCNs, Federations, Specialist Role Clinics, the wider health system and beyond) with the professional development needs of your profession.

2.      What is the mentoring scheme:

Having a mentor provides a dedicated space for you to define and work towards your career and other goals. The experienced mentor is committed to your wellbeing and professional development.
