The NCL Education Faculty publishes resources regularly. Our update this month is for new education materials to support clinicians in giving and receiving feedback.

NEW materials - Feedback and How to Maximise Learning

Last month, the NCL Education Faculty ran workshops on feedback. These sessions focused on:

• The purpose of feedback

• Exploring common models and best practices

• Addressing barriers and challenges to using effective feedback in practice

• Discussing how educators seek feedback from supervisees to enhance learning.
