In honour of this year’s Black History Month, we invite all NCL primary care professionals to share your personal stories and reflections inspired by the theme — “Standing Firm in Power and Pride”.

Hearing the lived experiences of colleagues who identify with this theme is invaluable; your stories and reflections helps us deepen our collective understanding of Black life in healthcare, highlighting journeys of challenges to steadfast thriving in the workplace.

Your contributions will make up meaningful content which will be shared throughout October, as well as future initiatives supporting our commitment to building a more inclusive and empowering workforce across NCL.
