Submit EOI's: PCSP Pilot training in NCL

We would like to extend an invitation to all Borough and PCN Nurse Leads to take part in a pilot to shape and develop Personalised Care and Support Planning (PCSP) training as part of the Long-Term Conditions Locally Commissioned Service (LTC LCS).

You might be aware that all clinicians involved in delivering the LTC LCS in NCL will be offered to join the PCSP training; therefore, we are running pilot sessions to ensure the course content is fit for purpose and meets the needs of nurses in NCL. You will learn the fundamentals of personalised care and experience a skills-based session practicing communication and coaching skills.

The pilot PCSP training sessions (two half-days) on the 28th February and 16th March will provide attendees with an understanding of the training. Attendance at all training will be renumerated. Practices who release staff for the two half-days will be renumerated for attending. Please note the training builds on the Personalised Care Institute (PCI) eModules but is a distinct professional development opportunity.
