Take Part - Communication Aspects of Personalised Care Planning in Dementia (CAPPD Study)

Primary Care Practitioners – Would you be interested in participating in an exciting observation project?

What is the research about?
In primary care settings, such as GP surgeries, a range of practitioners play a key role in supporting individuals with dementia and their carers; training is being developed focusing on communication strategies to help practitioners engage in meaningful conversations about care and support needs. This research aims to equip staff with the skills to provide the best possible support.
