Valued Awards ceremony 2025

At NCL Training Hub we believe that employee wellbeing is inextricably linked to organisational cultures and professional fulfilment. Yesterday we were delighted to host the 2025 Valued Awards. These awards recognise organisations that have put in place initiatives that support people to thrive in the workplace.

All primary and social care staff across North Central London were invited to nominate teams and organisations who have made a real difference across six categories, which include, Health and Wellbeing, Leadership, Education, Service Delivery, Sustainability and Inclusivity.  The nominees  all enjoyed a lovely breakfast before the awards were announced. . Physician Associate Ambassador Chaima Hale received a special award recognising her constant support in for physician associates throughout NCL in a challenging year.      Thank you to our wonderful speakers Clare Henderson and Professor Mala Rao and congratulations to all our winners, runners up and highly commended teams and individuals who were able to showcase their innovative projects.   Thanks in particular to our NCL Health and Wellbeing lead for organising such a wonderful event that celebrates innovate wellbeing projects across NCL.
