Vote for Clinical Support Worker of the Year 2024!
We are very excited to share that one of our exceptionally dedicated and hard-working senior Healthcare Assistants (HCA), Swati Gor, from Havergal Surgery in Haringey has been nominated as Clinical Support Worker of the Year at the Our Health Heroes Awards 2024!
The 'Our Health Heroes Awards' recognises and honours the hard work carried out daily by thousands of healthcare support staff in roles vital to the provision of patient care.
Swati Gor (pictured above) has been serving Haringey patients for over 20 years, showing incredible dedication and genuine enthusiasm for improving the health of those she meets. Her vibrant personality has made her a much-loved figure among Haringey nurses and HCAs.
Swati enrolled in the first cohort of the First Steps to Care programme in 2021 -22 ran by NCL TH, she thrived and became a mentor on the programme for the 2nd cohort in 2022.
Awards are currently being voted by members of the public. Gold, silver and bronze Clinical Support Worker of the Year award winners will be announced at a special ceremony held in London on 16th April.
Voting will close at 11.59pm on Monday 11 March 2024.
