Stroke and TIA: Practical guidance on current guidelines, treatments and pathways

Stroke is common condition. This talk will discuss stroke and TIA and provide a practical approach for the clinician working in North Central London. This webinar is intended for all clinicians working within Primary and Community care.  

Key Speakers:  

  • Dr Arvind Chandratheva: Consultant neurologist at the National Hospital for Neurology and Neurosurgery Queen Square and UCLH and Clinical lead for the TIA service at the hyperacute stroke unit UCLH and clinical lead for St Pancras Neurorehabilitation Unit . 

  • Dr Robert Simister: He is dual accredited in neurology and stroke medicine and has been a consultant since 2008. He is currently clinical lead for the UCLH hyperacute stroke service.
