The Diversity Matters in NHS Primary Care - Campaign Pledge is one of the NCL Workforce Race Equality Standard (WRES) activities that aim to create a supportive and protective working environment for all healthcare professionals and patients with protected characteristics (age, disability, gender reassignment, marriage and civil partnership, pregnancy and maternity, race, religion or belief, sex, and sexual orientation) within the NCL Primary Care sector including general practice, dentistry, optometry, care home and community pharmacy.
