GP Decarbonisation Programme – Retrofit Building Tool Pilot

The Greater London Authority (GLA) and London Estates Delivery Unit (LEDU) have partnered with leading retrofit specialists MapMortar to launch a pilot that provides London GP practices free access to an innovative online retrofit planning tool.

This tool enables GP practices to:

  • Understand energy use and carbon emissions at building level.

  • Identify practical, cost-effective retrofit solutions.

  • Explore opportunities to save money on energy bills while reducing environmental impact.

This is a time-limited opportunity with no cost to participate, to help GP practices move towards a lower-carbon and more resilient estate whilst directly supporting the ambitions set out in NHS Net Zero.
