NHS Health and Social Care Careers Fair 2023 awarded with HELOA Award!

We are excited to announce that NCL Training Hub’s annual collaboration with Middlesex University on the NHS Health and Social Care Careers Fair won a HELOA award in the ‘Best Practice Collaboration’ category! 

The NHS Health and Social Care Careers Fair is hosted by Middlesex University and started in Barnet 8 years ago. It has grown from strength to strength, first in its partnership with the borough of Enfield and now as an NCL-wide initiative.  It showcases the diverse range of both clinical and non-clinical careers available in health and social care for students and young people in year 10 upwards. There are opportunities to talk to health professionals about what they enjoy about their careers, as well as finding out about routes into their professions.  

Last year we were joined by over 90 passionate healthcare professionals, including some of our very own Training Hub colleagues, and are currently gearing up for this year’s event on Thursday 7th March.
