This week we are celebrating apprentices in primary care across NCL!
Apprenticeships provide flexible routes into healthcare and are a powerful way to grow the workforce, strengthen recruitment and retention, and support meaningful career progression across both clinical and non-clinical roles.
As part of National Apprenticeship Week, we are celebrating our employers and apprentices. Over the past five weeks, we’ve been supporting primary care employers and staff across NCL to better understand how apprenticeships can drive workforce development and long-term growth.
Bitesize Videos Launch
We have launched our Apprenticeships Bitesize Video Series, a collection of short, practical videos designed to explain how apprenticeships work and which programmes align to primary care settings. Watch the full video series here: Apprenticeships Bitesize Video Library
Neighbourhood Health Webinar
To continue the celebrations, we are pleased to share an upcoming event led by Camden Community Matters. Neighbourhood Health Webinar on 11th Feb 12-1pm (online)
Join the team and guest speakers, including Dr Kavita Gaur and Raj Gill, to explore neighbourhood health models, community-based roles, and emerging apprenticeship opportunities. You will also hear directly from current apprentices about their experiences.
