Total Digital Triage - PCARP update

The Training Hub has launched various resources to support practices in implementing Total Digital Triage.

Total Digital Triage uses an online consultation system to gather patient information and streamline the triage process to ensure that each patient is directed to the right person at the right time, based on their needs. Practices can access support from the change management programme in the form of one-to-one meetings and peer group sessions to support work around improving access and implementing Total Digital Triage.
