The NCL PCARP team have been running webinars over the last couple of months to support practices with the transition to the Modern General Practice Access model. These webinars include a series from X-On on Cloud-Based Telephony and from Accurx on Digital Communication. Total Digital Triage
The Training Hub has launched various resources to support practices in implementing Total Digital Triage. Total Digital Triage uses an online consultation system to gather patient information and streamline the triage process to ensure that each patient is directed to the right person at the right time, based on their needs. Join a peer group on Total Digital Triage
Practices can access support from the change management programme in the form of one-to-one meetings and peer group sessions to support work around improving access and implementing Total Digital Triage. Patient Participation Groups (PPGs)
The NCL Training Hub is organising an information session for practices on running Patient Participation Groups (PPGs). Further details will be shared soon, but if you would like to be involved, please contact the PCARP team on igpf.ncl-pcarp@nhs.net.
