Modern General Practice Access - PCARP webpages

We are delighted to announce the launch of the Modern General Practice Access - PCARP webpages, providing universal support for NCL practices transitioning to the modern general practice operating model by March 2025. Each GP practice in North Central London (NCL) will transition at its own pace and based on individual needs. Resources to support this process are available on the NCL Training Hub website here.
