Looking After our NCL Colleagues and Teams

In 2024, North Central London ICB funded a one-year pilot project with the North London Partnership Shared Service (NLPSS) Occupational Health Team to better understand the wellbeing needs of primary care and social care staff.  

The pilot program enabled NCL staff to access various types of individual and group-based support from a clinical psychologist. These initiatives provided staff access to specialised support to help them remain healthy in their busy, challenging roles.   

As a part of the pilot, a series of live teaching webinars were delivered which looked at information beyond that found on Google and included a clinical psychologist’s take on coping with various topics such as stress, improving your sleep and preventing burnout.
