We support 31 local GP practices and five Primary Care Networks (PCNs) through:

  1. Workforce development initiatives that shape new, transformative ways of working with our local borough partners to expand the skills mix and support significant role developments to support positive health outcomes for the local population

  2. We host an exciting local leadership programme that encourages growth and development of newly qualified and mid-career leadership opportunities

  3. Help accredit educators and promote a culture of supportive learning environments for learners

  4. Increase awareness of the multidisciplinary workforce in primary care; support the recruitment of new and emerging roles through alternative career pathways and student placements

  5. Facilitate multi-professional training models that are responsive to training needs and focus on growing and developing the local workforce
