NCL Valued Awards 2024

About the Valued Awards

We believe that employee wellbeing is inextricably linked to organisational cultures and professional fulfilment. These awards recognise organisations that have put in place initiatives that support people to thrive in the workplace.

In 2024, all primary and social care staff across North Central London are invited to nominate teams and organisations who have made a real difference across five categories, which include, Health and Wellbeing, Leadership, Education, Service Delivery and Inclusivity.

The awards were open to all primary and social care teams working across NCL, including those working in GP surgeries, community pharmacies and NHS funded dental and optometry sites as well as care and nursing homes in Barnet, Camden, Enfield, Haringey and Islington.

NCL Valued Awards 2024 Breakfast Event

Congratulations to all the nominees and winners at the 2024 NCL Valued Awards. The awards breakfast was held on Tuesday 28th January 2025 at Regents University. Speakers included Dr Rachel Roberts (NHS England), Sarah Louise Morgan (North Central London ICB), Dr Chaand Nagpaul CBE (GP and former BMA Council Chair) and Dr Sarah Morgan (Clinical Lead NCL Training Hub).

Nominations, Results and Event Programme

Winners, runners up and highly commended nominees all received prizes to enjoy with their teams. These included massage packages, afternoon tea treats for the team and wonderful potted plants for the office. All nominees involved also received a small plant each! We are delighted that so many people and organisations were nominated and came along to celebrate the fantastic work across NCL.
