What is the Workforce Wellbeing Pledge about?

The NCL Workforce Wellbeing Pledge can be signed by organisations who want to demonstrate their commitment to staff wellbeing and foster an environment where both staff and patients thrive.

By committing to the pledge actions below, you will join a growing community of organisations across North Central London who are taking visible action on workforce wellbeing.

You will be recognised for your commitment through our communications, and have opportunities to share learning, access peer support, and celebrate progress alongside like-minded teams.

How do we get involved?

There are two stages to the pledge.

Step 1 - Before signing the pledge, organisations should complete the three foundational actions listed below.

Step 2 - Once those actions are completed, organisations should complete the pledge form (at the bottom of this page), to commit to the next threes actions that will help to embed staff wellbeing in their organisation.

Appointed a Health & Wellbeing Champion within your practice, who is able to join our quarterly Community of Practice Meetings. Click here to find out more.

Step 2 - After you pledge, you commit to....

Creating and implementing a wellbeing action plan in 2025 (checking in with staff and using data to update this plan)
